Are you considering an out-of-season purchase or holiday gift item? No worries. Purchases made from November 2025 through the end of March 2026 include a substantial extension to our standard return policy. Purchases made during this period may be returned through the end of April 2026. This extension is provided to customers who would like to use holiday or off-season promotional discount codes while still maintaining their original 30-day money-back guarantee.
Please note that holiday or off-season promotional codes normally run in 14-day cycles and may expire at any time. Quotations provided throughout the off-season that include promotional discounts will not be available for spring purchases.
Big League Lawns, LLC provides a full 30-day money-back guarantee on all of our striping kits. If you are not completely satisfied with the product, simply contact one of our team members for a return merchandise authorization (RMA). Eligible returns made under the 30-day money-back guarantee include prepaid return shipping. If a customer purchases the wrong item, selects the wrong striping-kit size, or has an unboxed item that has surpassed our 30-day money-back guarantee, the customer must return the item in its original packaging at their own expense to receive credit.
Promotions, coupon codes, and sale prices apply only during the advertised promotional period and are not retroactive to orders placed before a promotion begins. The 30-day money-back guarantee is intended to allow customers to evaluate their product. Using the return program solely to cancel, return, or repurchase an otherwise satisfactory product in order to obtain a later sale price, coupon, or promotional discount is prohibited.
Big League Lawns, LLC reserves the right to deny a prepaid return label or return request when the customer's communications or other circumstances show that the sole purpose of the return is to obtain a later promotional price. This restriction does not limit returns involving a defective, damaged, incorrect, or genuinely unsatisfactory product. Any price adjustment offered as a customer-service courtesy is discretionary and does not modify this policy. This provision applies to orders placed on or after September 4, 2026.
Additionally, we accept all striping kits back with zero restocking fees so long as the box contains all of the original contents, including all mounting hardware (or additional parts in certain situations). The item must be returned in either the same box or a similar size box to avoid UPS oversize charges or excess handling fees, which would be deducted from the refund.
Please understand that the striping kit may be dirty from use; however, the unit cannot be damaged and must be in suitable condition to be resold as a demonstration unit.
