Thank you for purchasing an Extended Protection Plan for your CheckMate™ Lawn Striper. This Plan explains what is covered, what is not covered, how to request service, and other important terms. Please read it carefully.

1.1. This Extended Protection Plan (“Plan”) is provided by Big League Lawns, LLC, 1125 Mak Tech Drive, Lansing, Michigan 48906. Email: sales@bigleaguelawns.com Phone: (800) 411-0150
1.2. This Plan is a service contract, not insurance. It provides coverage for certain mechanical failures of the CheckMate™ Lawn Striper beyond the standard manufacturer warranty, subject to the terms below.
2.1. You must use and maintain the Covered Product according to Big League Lawns’ installation instructions and usage guidelines.
2.2. The CheckMate™ Lawn Striper must be properly installed on a compatible mower and used only for its intended purpose—creating lawn striping patterns.
2.3. You must retain your order confirmation or proof of purchase. Claims cannot be processed without verification of purchase.
3.1. Administrator / Obligor / We / Us / Our: Big League Lawns, LLC.
3.2. Covered Product: The CheckMate™ Lawn Striper identified on your order confirmation, including included hardware and mounting components sold as part of the original SKU.
3.3. Plan: This Extended Protection Plan and your purchase confirmation.
3.4. Plan Term: The duration of coverage shown at the time of purchase.
3.5. Coverage Term: Coverage begins after the expiration of the standard Big League Lawns manufacturer warranty (or on the Plan purchase date if no warranty applies) and continues for the remainder of the Plan Term.
3.6. Purchase Price: The amount paid for the Covered Product, excluding taxes and shipping.
4.1. This Plan covers mechanical failure of the Covered Product caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal residential or commercial lawn care use.
Covered failures may include:
Structural failure of the roller drum
Defective bearings or axles
Failure of mounting hardware due to manufacturing defects
Weld or material defects affecting normal operation
4.2. At our discretion, covered claims will be resolved by:
Repair of the Covered Product, or
Replacement with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or
Refund up to the original Purchase Price of the Covered Product.
This Plan does not cover:
Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or surface scratches
Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, abuse, or modification
Damage caused by impacts, collisions, or use on unsuitable terrain
Rust or corrosion caused by environmental exposure or improper storage
Damage resulting from use with incompatible or modified mowing equipment
Commercial misuse outside normal lawn maintenance operations
Loss, theft, or disappearance
Any incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or downtime
6.1. To initiate a claim, access your warranty via Umbrella.ai or contact sales@bigleaguelawns.comwith:

Description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the failure (photos can be uploaded to Umbrella)
6.2. Claims must be submitted during the active Coverage Term.
6.3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void coverage.
7.1. Our total liability under this Plan will not exceed the original Purchase Price of the Covered Product.
7.2. Replacement parts or products provided under this Plan do not extend or renew the Plan Term.
7.3. We are not responsible for installation labor, mower downtime, or third-party service costs.
8.1. You may cancel this Plan within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, provided no claim has been made.
8.2. After 30 days, cancellation refunds may be prorated or unavailable, depending on claim status.
9.1. This Plan is non-transferable unless approved in writing by Big League Lawns, LLC.
9.2. Any misuse or misrepresentation related to a claim may result in denial of coverage.
10.1. This Plan is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
10.2. Any disputes arising under this Plan will be resolved in Michigan courts unless otherwise required by law.
