This Plan is a service contract, not insurance. You must use and maintain the Covered Product according to Big League Lawns’ installation instructions and usage guidelines.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2.2. The CheckMate™ Lawn Striper must be properly installed on a compatible mower and used only for its intended purpose—creating lawn striping patterns.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e2.3. Plan: This Extended Protection Plan and your purchase confirmation.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3.4. Plan Term: The duration of coverage shown at the time of purchase.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3.5. Coverage Term: Coverage begins after the expiration of the standard Big League Lawns manufacturer warranty (or on the Plan purchase date if no warranty applies) and continues for the remainder of the Plan Term.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e3.6. Purchase Price: The amount paid for the Covered Product, excluding taxes and shipping.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\n\n\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003e4. WHAT IS COVERED\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003e4.1. This Plan covers mechanical failure of the Covered Product caused by defects in materials or workmanship during normal residential or commercial lawn care use.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCovered failures may include:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eStructural failure of the roller drum\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDefective bearings or axles\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eFailure of mounting hardware due to manufacturing defects\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eWeld or material defects affecting normal operation\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e4.2. At our discretion, covered claims will be resolved by:\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRepair of the Covered Product, or\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eReplacement with the same or a functionally equivalent product, or\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eRefund up to the original Purchase Price of the Covered Product.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\n\n\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003e5. Unauthorized repairs or modifications may void coverage.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\n\n\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003e7. SERVICE PROCEDURES \u0026amp; LIMIT OF LIABILITY\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003e7.1. Our total liability under this Plan will not exceed the original Purchase Price of the Covered Product.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e7.2. Replacement parts or products provided under this Plan do not extend or renew the Plan Term.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e7.3.
